Walking the Stour Valley Path

Out of Newmarket by way of the A1304 past the race course the road crosses the Devils Ditch. The Stour Valley Path turns south east along this ditch to Stretchworth Park and the village of Stretchworth itself. A short stretch with the Icknield Way Path and the Stour Valley Path goes it alone again heading towards the River Stour and a short section of the Newmarket Cycle Way.

South through Great Bradley, Little Thurlow, Great Wratting and Kedington before turning west for Wixoe, Baythorne End and Baythorne Park

Middleton, Lamarsh St Edmund's Way
