The route circumnavigates the ancient forest of Dartmoor starting and finishing at Cosdon Beacon and takes in Thirlstone, King's Oven, Dartmeet and Ryder's Hill to Eastern White Barrow in the south before turning north past Nun's Cross, Great Mis Tor and Yes Tor.
